Organic premium matcha tea panna cotta and white chocolate

Today, I'm sharing a delicious recipe for panna cotta made with organic matcha green tea and organic white chocolate. The texture is perfect, nice and creamy, and it looks great too. The sweetness of the white chocolate and the vegetal aromas of the matcha complement each other perfectly.
I'm sure this dessert will be a big hit.

The recipe for white chocolate and matcha tea panna cotta
Ingredients
-
400g organic whole liquid cream
-
2 teaspoons of organic sugar
-
100g of organic white chocolate
-
4g gelatin
Preparation
Rehydrate the gelatin in a volume of cold water.
Heat the cream with the sugar and, when the mixture begins to boil, add the gelatin off the heat. Gradually pour over the melted white chocolate and divide the panna cotta mixture into two equal parts.
Add 6g of organic premium matcha to one of them and mix if necessary.
Place the verrines in slightly larger holders so that they are tilted. Delicately pour the matcha panna cotta into the bottom and refrigerate for about 3 hours. During this time, set aside the other part of the plain panna cotta at room temperature.
Once the matcha mixture has set, straighten the verrines and pour in the rest of the mixture. Return to the refrigerator for another 3 hours.

Before serving, you can accompany these delicious panna cottas with a little raspberry or strawberry coulis. I recommend enjoying them chilled!
Good luck!
