Organic premium matcha Christmas tree shortbread biscuits

For about 30 small Christmas tree shortbread cookies
Ingredients :
- 3 teaspoons of premium organic matcha tea Where organic cooking matcha
- 250 g of organic flour
- 150 g of soft organic butter
- 1 organic egg
- 20 g of organic brown sugar (brown cane sugar)
- 1/2 sachet of organic baking powder
- Organic icing sugar for decoration
- Christmas tree cookie cutter

In a salad bowl, pour the flour, sugar, baking powder and premium organic matcha tea. Add the butter in pieces and sand with your fingertips, mixing everything well. Add the whole egg. Mix until you get a ball of dough.
Film the dough and place it in the fridge for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, then cut the dough with Christmas tree cookie cutters. (You can also draw designs inside the trees with other cookie cutters).

Place the cookies on baking paper and bake them at 180 ° C. Leave to cook for about 7-8 minutes. Once out of the oven, place them on a rack to let them cool and decorate them with icing sugar to give a snowy fir effect.
