100% tea plant leaves, nothing else. It is grown and produced in a unique way by artisan farmers in Japan. The leaves are not infused but rather stone-ground into a very fine green tea powder. The entire tea leaf is consumed, providing a large quantity of antioxidants: 137 times more than in infused tea!

I have a very special relationship with the passing of time, because I had a heart attack at 17, then another at 19. My big lesson from this experience, and my message, is to live every day as if it were your last, and at the same time as if you were going to live for a very long time...
