Organic matcha tea spread

Here is a super simple and super delicious recipe created by Sabine. An ultra-premium organic premium matcha spread, perfect for a gourmet breakfast or a delicious snack.
For 1 large jar:
- 250 g organic white chocolate
- 100 ml organic almond cream
- 2 teaspoons of ultra-premium organic premium matcha
- 1 small pinch of salt

In a small saucepan, heat the cream and salt over smooth heat. Add the ultra-premium organic premium matcha and mix with an electric whisk or hand blender to dissolve the matcha tea thoroughly.
Add the chocolate pieces and let melt, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Let cool and transfer to a jar.
It's ready for tasting!
You can then keep it in the refrigerator for about a week, although I doubt this delicacy will last a week without being finished 😋
