Une caresse venue du Japon..

La texture est superbe, une rondeur en bouche parfaite ; c'est la douceur et la richesse aromatique qui domine à la dégustation, j'y trouve des notes pâtissières et d'amande... et surtout une excellente longueur en bouche.
Après avoir goûté chez Kumiko le saemidori, le yabukita, le Nakai 2023, le Premium bio, ainsi que quelques autres matcha d'autres distributeurs, celui-ci est tout simplement le meilleur matcha que j'ai bu.

Sur ce, je m'en retourne à la douceur verte des théiers aux pieds des monts Kirishima, ondulant sous un léger vent et le regard blanc du sommet du mont Karakuni..

J'ai été au Japon récemment et j'ai pû testé du Matcha d'Uji.
Celui-ci est le seul que j'ai trouvé pour le moment qui arrive, à mon goût, au niveau de celui d'Uji !!
Pas donné, clairement, mais délicieux.

Le meilleur des meilleurs

C’est le meilleur matcha bio que l’on puisse faire. C’est depuis des années mon préféré de Kumiko Matcha et tous les autres matchas bio que j’ai pu goûter. Il est comme l’hyper-premium bio en terme d’excellence, mais avec un petit « punch » en plus, que certains qualifient dans les commentaires comme un peu plus « d’amertume », mais moi je dirais que c’est plutôt un goût umami plus prononcé, plus évident, qui éveille et qui réveille un peu plus, et reste longtemps en bouche après la dégustation. Extrêmement frais, savoureux, de caractère mais sans jamais attaquer les sens, couleur vert vibrant, odeur de fraîcheur matinale en montagne. Tout simplement parfait !!!

Excellent thé matcha

Depuis je bois ce thé matcha le matin, j’ai une très bonne énergie! Il a une belle couleur, goût très doux, il est aussi bon seul qu’avec un lait végétal. Je ne peux que le recommander!

Après avoir longtemps erré dans le monde du matcha, j’ai découvert Valentin à travers une des ses vidéos. J’ai été séduite par son style, puis son site site : informatif avant tout (j’ai appris plein des choses !), épuré, graphique, frais…
Depuis, j’ai voyagé au pays Kumiko : j’ai gouté le Saemidori, le Yabukita, le Okumidori, le Premium bio et l’ultra-premium bio.
Chacun a son propre caractère, mais je reste une adepte inconditionnelle du matcha ultra-premium bio. Un (voire 2 !) instant de magie quotidien !
Mention spéciale à Valentin et Charlotte pour leurs conseils, leur disponibilité, tout en finesse… et pour la beauté des produits Kumiko, en plus de leur qualité.
