Story

What is a barista matcha?

These barista matchas are specially designed for lattes. For matcha to be perfect in a latte, it must have an intense and balanced flavor so that the green tea flavors come through even with 1 gram of powder, without the milk overpowering them.

As in the world of coffee, where the difference between instant coffee and Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is striking, not all coffees are created equal. Our matchas are comparable to specialty coffees, sourced from the best 100% certified organic cooperatives in Japan. Cutting corners on matcha quality means losing customers who love it and want to enjoy genuine matcha lattes.

I created these two packs to help you make the best matcha, with the essential accessories. And with Kumiko Matcha, you can also enjoy explanatory videos and preparation tutorials, almost like a training course 🍵
