Omakase is a Japanese concept that originated in sushi restaurants: the customer puts themselves in the chef's hands to choose the dishes and create a true tasting experience. Customers who order omakase style expect the chef to be innovative and surprising in their selection of dishes, and the meal can be compared to an artistic performance.

Ordering Omakase can be a gamble, but the customer generally receives the highest-quality dishes available at a lower cost than if they had ordered à la carte.

This experience is intended for both novices and seasoned matcha enthusiasts: anyone who wants to discover the richness of the world of matcha with its different terroirs, cultivars, grades, and artisan producers.

Our monthly program is a great success and is very popular with the Kumiko Matcha community and with many matcha lovers. It helps showcase a large part of our range, which includes between 13 and 16 unique organic and natural matcha green tea varieties.

We've noticed that over the course of a month, many of us enjoy tasting several matcha, myself included. I love being able to taste and choose a different matcha every day. To offer you that same possibility, we decided to offer a quarterly subscription with 3 different matcha every 3 months, instead of just one each month, to elevate the discovery and satisfaction of the matcha ritual.

Here is the first delivery: the first three matcha you will receive:

  1. Organic premium matcha tea
  2. Organic Ipponmatsu matcha
  3. Organic Shukusai matcha

The second delivery (3 months after the first package):

  1. Organic Okumidori matcha
  2. Ultra-premium organic matcha
  3. Matcha Nakai

The third delivery (6 months after the first package):

  1. Organic Saemidori matcha
  2. Barista premium organic matcha
  3. Organic Furukawa Samidori matcha

You save on shipping costs, as they are free with our quarterly program. This reduces the number of packages, and it is also beneficial for the planet.

Over time you will receive all the organic and natural matcha teas in our catalogue at a rate of 3 matcha every 3 months by paying the fixed quarterly price of 124€, including hyperpremium organic matcha at the same advantageous price.

You can view or change your membership status at any time by accessing the subscription portal. You can also cancel your subscription by writing to us at val@kumikomatcha.fr, noting the email address you used to set up the subscription. Cancellations will apply to the following month's subscription box.

If you are giving this subscription as a gift, please send us the recipient's email address in reply to our order confirmation email, so that we can add them to the list to receive information about each matcha. Enter the recipient's postal address (for the package itself) on the checkout page.
