J'avais déjà beaucoup apprécié la fraîcheur et les arômes du matcha ultra-premium. Mais là, j'ai vraiment été ravie de faire cette belle découverte. Ce matcha, d'abord de très belle couleur, est extrêmement fin, onctueux et offre une déclinaison d'arômes végétales fraîches, le tout avec un plus fort umami. Personnellement je le bois plus volontiers en matcha qu'en koicha. Merci, et continuez à nous proposer des produits exceptionnels comme comme celui-ci. De plus, j'ai reçu la commande sans problème et dans les délais comme d'habitude.

Un régal ! Un parfum très tendre que je trouve enveloppant et raffiné. Je fais un voyage quand je le respire. Le goût est subtil et délicat. La texture est exceptionnelle, tellement fine que c'est un plaisir de la 'travailler'. La couleur est magnifique aussi. Je vous recommande ce matcha, vous ne sera pas déçus, bien au contraire, il vous permettra de parcourir le monde jusque au Japon.

Si l'envie vous prend de réduire encore un peu l’amertume, pensez à tamiser votre matcha avant de le fouetter et à utiliser de l’eau à une température idéale d’environ 60-70°C.

Le meilleur, l’excellence

Depuis des années que je consomme les meilleurs matchas de Kumiko et d’ailleurs, le matcha hyltrapremium bio de chez Kumiko est de très loin le meilleur (avec l’ultrapremium bio). Le goût est subtil, floral, frais, puissant, umami, et pour autant sans aucune amertume, à aucun moment de la dégustation ni après. L’odeur est vivifiante, comme une bouffée d’air frais marin. La couleur de ce matcha est d’un vert profond, froid et vibrant. C’est toujours des dégustations parfaites, avec une énergie et tonus qui me tiennent toute la journée, signe de la qualité exceptionnelle de cette variété 👌🏻

C'est juste une pure merveille, ce goût de coquelicot en bouche l'extase pour moi plénitude assurée, bref je l'adore, j'aime aussi l'ultra premium mais différemment peut être avec un peu plus d'amertume en bouche mais rien d'alarmant puisque je prends les deux. Merci Valentin pour cette découverte qu'est le thé matcha.

J'ai ressenti une grande profondeur dans ce thé matcha. Il fait partie de mes préférés.
