If you're sensitive to the effects of caffeine, you can enjoy the benefits of hojicha even in the evening. It's also a drink suitable for children. Hojicha helps digestion and is itself easy to digest.

Roasting gives this tea a roasted, woody flavor with notes of vanilla. In fact, it pairs perfectly with all types of plant-based beverages or milks.

It is priced at 59€ for 100g, an ultra-competitive price and an economical format. The leaves that will be roasted do not need to be as high quality as grand cru matcha, so leaves from a second or third harvest can be used.

So it is a virtuous circle: our partner farmers can add value to their second harvests thanks to this hojicha. This allows them to sell multiple products, make the most of their harvests, and thus continue producing super high-quality matcha.
