Preparing matcha with a traditional chawan bowl

Add one to two scoops of matcha to a chawan bowl, then add a splash of cold water.
Whisk with the bamboo whisk until you get a beautiful, fine, creamy foam.
Add hot water at around 70 degrees (note: not boiling water).
