Preparing matcha with a traditional chawan bowl

Pour one to two matcha scoops into a chawan bowl, then add a little cold water.
Whisk with a bamboo whisk until you obtain a fine, smooth froth.
Add hot water at around 70 degrees (caution: do not use boiling water).
