Yuzunade au matcha bio

For 2 people :

  • 50 cl of sparkling water
  • Some ice cubes
  • 60 ml of yuzu syrup (see recipe below)
  • 8 gr of ultra-premium organic matcha tea
  • 120 ml of water at 60 ° C

    Ingredients and preparation of the yuzu syrup:

  • 20 ml of organic agave syrup
  • 80 ml of organic yuzu juice
  • ingrédients yuzunade au thé matcha

    In a container, pour the agave syrup and the yuzu juice. Mix to incorporate everything and obtain the syrup. Keep in a small closed glass container and in the fridge before use.

    Preparation of the drink:

    To start, prepare the ultra-premium organic matcha tea. Heat the water to 60 ° C. In a bowl, put the 8 grams of ultra-premium organic matcha tea and add the 120 ml of water.

    Whisk with a Chasen long enough to create a nice foam and until the matcha is completely dissolved in the water. To book. In a large glass, add the ice cubes, pour 30 ml of yuzu syrup, add 25 cl of sparkling water and half of the matcha prepared above.

    Repeat to make the second drink.

    Note: There will be yuzu syrup left over to make other drinks or simply enjoy it with still or sparkling water. To be enjoyed with friends with vegan mochi with Matcha and yuzu.
