Banana smoothie with matcha tea

Sabine offers us a delicious little recipe, ideal for a delicious breakfast with matcha tea.
Recipe for 2 smoothie bowls:
- 2 bamboo scoops for organic premium matcha tea
- 2 frozen bananas
- 200 ml plant-based milk yogurt (almond, coconut, etc.)
- 1 handful of Grenoble walnuts
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of frozen organic blueberries
- 2 kiwis

The day before, cut the bananas into chunks. Place them in an airtight container in the freezer overnight. The next day, take the bananas out for a few minutes. Do not let them thaw completely.
Place the bananas, organic premium matcha, and yogurt in a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries, banana, walnuts, and kiwi.
Here, I then cut the banana using a flower-shaped cookie cutter and the kiwis using a melon baller to make kiwi balls. Serve immediately.
