Matcha Raspberry Mojito Alcohol-Free Cocktail

Summer is here! And there's nothing like a nice cold drink to quench your thirst. For me, there's nothing better than a matcha tea drink. And for a change from latte, I wanted to make myself a little cocktail that I could enjoy both as an aperitif with my friends and during the day.
For this mocktail, I chose to use ultra-premium organic premium matcha tea for its smooth yet intense flavor, without any bitterness. This ultra-premium organic premium matcha tea pairs very well with the freshness of the raspberries and mint in the mojito.

For 2 people
- 1/4 teaspoon of ultra-premium organic premium matcha
- 20 organic mint leaves
- 1 handful of fresh organic raspberries
- 3 tablespoons organic brown cane sugar
- Ice cubes
- Organic lime quarters
- 50 ml of hot water
- The juice of half an organic lime
- Club soda
Heat the water. Add the ultra-premium organic premium matcha tea to the hot water, then whisk to obtain a frothy mixture. Leave to cool.
Place 1½ tablespoons of brown sugar and 10 mint leaves in each glass. Add half the lime juice to each glass and add some of the raspberries. Crush everything roughly.
Place the cooled matcha and ice cubes in a shaker. Shake the shaker while counting to 10. Then pour the mixture into each glass. Add a dash of club soda to complete the mocktail. Finally, garnish with lime wedges (the quantity depends on your taste), the remaining raspberries, and mint leaves. When ready to drink, stir the drink well.
This mocktail is perfect for warm summer evenings when enjoying drinks or a barbecue with friends. And for those who want a touch of alcohol, simply add 5 cl of rum to the shaker.
