Hot chocolate latte and ultra-premium organic matcha whipped cream
For 2 people :
- 450 ml of organic vegetable milk
- 1 teaspoon of ultra-premium organic matcha
- 100 g of organic milk chocolate
- 200 ml of very cold organic coconut cream

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Add the milk chocolate in pieces and melt, stirring constantly. Whip the cold coconut cream (refrigerate the cream for at least 2 hours) into a whipped cream using an electric whisk. When the cream begins to rise, add the ultra-premium organic matcha. Continue to whip the cream into a firm whipped cream. Pour the chocolate preparation into two glasses and add the whipped cream to the Matcha.

Hot white chocolate and marshmallows latte
For 2 people :
- 450 ml of organic vegetable milk
- 25 ml of hot water
- 2 teaspoons of premium organic matcha tea
- 100 g of organic white chocolate
- Mini marshmallow decoration

Prepare the premium organic matcha tea by mixing it with 25 ml of hot water using a traditional bamboo whisk the Chasen (or a basic whisk) until there are no more lumps. " Some tea. Heat the milk in a saucepan.
Add the white chocolate in pieces and melt, stirring constantly. Mix the premium organic matcha tea with the chocolate preparation. Pour the preparation into two glasses, decorate with the mini marshmallow.
