Organic matcha tea and sesame hummus

Hummus is a great classic for aperitifs and meals with family and friends. It is a recipe now available to all tastes: beetroot, roasted pepper or even spinach. The version we are offering you today with Sabine is a matcha tea hummus. The color is sublime and the matcha tea brings an additional umami taste that goes really well with Tahin in particular.

For 1 large bowl of hummus:
- 400g canned organic chickpeas, drained
- 1 + 1/2 tablespoons of organic Tahini (sesame puree)
- 1 tablespoon of organic lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of premium organic matcha tea
- 1 organic garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of organic cumin
- Salt
- 1/2 organic avocado cut into cubes or thin slices
- Organic sesame seeds
- Organic extra virgin olive oil

In a blender (or with a hand mixer), blend together the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, premium organic matcha tea, garlic, cumin and salt.
Transfer the hummus to a large bowl.
Sprinkle with avocado hummus, sesame seeds and a drizzle of olive oil.
Serve with pita bread or other.
