White chocolate mousse and organic premium matcha tea

Today, I'm sharing a recipe for organic premium matcha tea mousse with a white chocolate base. It's a quick recipe that requires few ingredients. You can then decorate it with seasonal fruits or even devour it as is!
I love the combination of white chocolate and matcha tea because the white chocolate amplifies the floral sweetness and umami taste of the matcha tea.

Serves 4
- 2 teaspoons of organic premium matcha tea
- 1 bar of organic white chocolate
- 200 ml very cold organic whipping cream
- Organic blueberries
- Fresh organic figs
Melt the white chocolate pieces in a double boiler or microwave. Once the chocolate has melted, add the organic premium matcha tea, whisking to mix everything together well. Leave to cool.
Meanwhile, whip the well-chilled whipping cream into stiff peaks. Then gently fold in the organic premium matcha/white chocolate mixture. Pour into small glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
When serving, decorate with fresh fig wedges and blueberries. Feel free to enjoy this froth chilled (straight from the refrigerator) for a touch of freshness at the end of your meal.
