Matcha green tea cake: organic matcha crumble cake, pear and cranberry

This cake recipe is one of the most delicious: it is soft, very rich in fruit, well flavored with matcha and the icing on the cake is this little crunchy crumble that we find on the top. A big crush, quick and easy to make!
The recipe is for two small 20x5cm cakes or a large mold of traditional size. We will use the organic cooking matcha.

Matcha, pear, cranberry crumble cake process
Start by making the cake maker: work the soft butter with the sugar, add the eggs, matcha, almond powder, salt and whisk well. Then add the pear cut into small cubes as well as the cranberries, then finish with the flour. Pour the appliance into a buttered and floured mold.

Then make the crumble. Using your fingertips, work all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth dough. Sprinkle the entire surface of the cake with crumble and bake for about 35 minutes at 170 ° C. Check the cooking by planting a knife blade which should come out dry.

Let the cake cool, unmold it and then let it cool completely.
Decorate it by sprinkling it with matcha and placing pear pieces and cranberries on both sides.
Good achievement!
