Matcha chocolate ganache

Shaping and coating chocolate and matcha truffles
Realise the coating powder by mixing organic premium matcha tea with cornstarch and powdered sugar.
Using a spoon, scoop out the chocolate-matcha ganache and shape small balls with the palms of your hands.

Then roll the truffles in the matcha powder to coat them well. Tap them lightly to remove any excess. Place them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before repeating this process.

And there you have it, the truffles are ready! Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and sort them about 20 minutes before tasting.
Good luck!
