- 30 g of organic milk chocolate
- 175g of organic heavy cream
- 6 g of organic premium matcha tea
The matcha powder coating
- About 15g of organic premium matcha tea
- 10 g of organic icing sugar
- 10g of organic cornstarch
Method for the chocolate and matcha truffles
The chocolate matcha ganache

Bring the cream to a boil and pour it gradually over the previously melted chocolates, stirring. Add the matcha paste and blend the ganache.
Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface and refrigerate overnight.

Shaping and coating the chocolate and matcha truffles
Make the coating powder by mixing the organic premium matcha tea with the cornstarch and icing sugar.
Using a spoon, scoop up some of the chocolate-matcha ganache and shape it into small balls with the palms of your hands.

Then roll the truffles in the matcha powder to coat them well. Tap them gently to remove any excess. Place them in the refrigerator for about fifteen minutes before repeating this step.

And there you have it, the truffles are ready! Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and take them out about twenty minutes before enjoying.
Happy baking!
