
Sabine revisits a great classic of family snacks and desserts: the brownie. This version with matcha tea and white chocolate will delight young and old!
For 4 people :
- 3 tablespoons of organic cooking matcha tea
- 4 organic eggs
- 125 g of organic brown sugar
- 200 g of organic unsalted butter
- 300 g of organic flour T45
- 200 g of organic white chocolate
- Pinch of salt
- A handful of organic walnuts from Grenoble

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Butter a square pan.
To make the matcha brownie, whisk the eggs and sugar until a fluffy consistency in a large bowl. Incorporate the melted butter.
Sift the flour and matcha and mix.
Stir in the melted chocolate and salt.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 25 minutes, until the top begins to brown and the center is firm when pierced with the tip of a knife.
Take it out of the oven and let cool completely before slicing and serving.
