A deliciously autumnal recipe made with apples and matcha tea for particularly comforting desserts or snacks. The matcha tea sauce adds another level of indulgence.

For a 26 cm pie dish.
- 2 teaspoons of organic Saemidori matcha tea
- 3-4 apples
- 185 g of T45 flour
- 75 g of organic hazelnut powder
- 50 g of organic sugar
- 115 g of soft organic butter
- 125 g of organic soy yogurt
White chocolate sauce / organic Saemidori matcha tea:
- 100 g of organic white chocolate
- 15 cl of soy cream
- 1 teaspoon of organic Saemidori matcha tea

Wash and peel the apples. Cut them into thin strips. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease a pie pan with organic butter. In a bowl, mix the organic Matcha Saemidori, flour, hazelnut powder, sugar. Add the soft butter, then mix to make a crumble.
Separate 1/3 of the crumble in another bowl and set aside. In the rest of the crumble (2/3), add the organic yogurt and mix gently. Pour this paste into the buttered mold.
Arrange the apple slices on top. Distribute the rest of the crumble (1/3) on top. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

Let cool before serving with the Organic Chocolate / Matcha Saemidori sauce.
Prepare the white chocolate sauce: In a saucepan, heat over low heat, the soy cream, white chocolate and sifted organic Matcha Saemidori. Mix and let it melt. Book.
