50g or 200g format for matcha latte fans?

It hasn't escaped my notice that matcha, and especially Matcha latte has become very popular., which is why I offer this organic matcha in 50-gram or 200-gram formats at a ultra-competitive price : perfect if you're a matcha latte enthusiast and drink it every day. With these 200 grams, you won't have to think about buying matcha every month, and best of all, it will allow you to save money.

How is it different from other matcha teas?

As the organic premium matcha tea, this organic matcha for lattes and culinary grade is the result of a blend by a tea master, with the difference that the tencha tea leaves used are less qualitative as for organic premium matcha.

The difference between organic premium matcha and organic matcha for lattes and culinary grade matcha is like that between a grand cru wine and a culinary grade wine. These are two different products for different uses.

In the top plates, you can view the tencha leaves that have been dried and lightly crushed. And then in the square trays, there has been an additional crushing step, which is the step just before grinding into fine powder matcha. The left column shows a less green shade in the middle and on the right: this is our organic matcha for lattes and culinary grade matcha. Since this matcha is intended to be mixed with other ingredients for a recipe, it should not be as fine and refined as our best matcha, but rather its aroma and flavour must be able to be balanced with the other ingredients.

How to use organic matcha in cooking:

My goal with this matcha is to invite you to experiment, but if you're looking for ideas, I work with talented creators to develop organic matcha recipes, and to date we have published more than 80 unique recipes : pastries, drinks and lattes, savory recipes, cakes... And we're still going!

Mandatory legal information:

  • price: $29 for 50g / price per kg: $580

Back in France, my passion for authentic matcha tea inspired me to create Kumiko Matcha.

Kumiko, which means "eternally beautiful," symbolizes this quest for harmony and presence. To find out where to buy the best organic matcha tea with full traceability, look no further. Every year, I visit our partner farmers in Japan, building direct relationships with those who grow this green treasure with passion and respect.
