I recommend trying these 4 preparation methods:

🍵 to prepare a matcha tea usucha, use 1 to 2 grams of powder for 80mL of hot water at 70°C - this is the common matcha preparation and the one we enjoy most often
☕️ "matchaspresso" preparation: use 1g for 20-30mL of water at 80 °C (just enough to fill an espresso cup)
🤩 thick preparation koicha: use 4-5g for 30mL of water at 80°C
☀️ in summer try a cold brew preparation coldbrew: shake 1-2g with 250mL of cold water in a shaker, it's very refreshing and delicious
